Please be sure you are running the latest version of the Feed Them Social plugin (currently 2.9.6.5).
Follow the steps below to resolve.
1) Delete the Feed Them Social plugin. Then re-install.
2) In your personal Facebook account, go to settings > Business Integrations and click to *remove SlickRemix. (*note: this will disconnect any of your other managed sites using FTS as well and will need to be reconnected and new shortcode generated for other sites).
3) Then return to WP, Feed Them > Facebook Options and reacquire a new FB access token by clicking the banner/button and go through the prompts again. Be sure you are logging in through your personal FB account.
4) After acquiring a new FB token, go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new shortcode.
5) Manually clear any caching plugins you have installed.
6) Turn off lazy loading for that WP page.
7) Copy/paste your new FB feed shortcode in place of your old shortcode for the WP page and, if you are experiencing any feed overlap, add this code under the shortcode: <div class="fts-clear"></div>
8) After you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so that the changes can take effect.
After the above steps, if you are still having the issue, please send us your most recent shortcode to test. Email to support@ slickremix.com (*please close the address gap before sending)

Thanks but i will try another plugin. I have only just got back the Instagram feed working, I really can't be doing with loosing that again as well.
If I can't get any other plugin to work I will come back to yours.

where is this? I cannot see anything like that? the feed is for this page: https://www.screencast.com/t/C9Zc3gav
The only APPs I can see are on our business account and none of them are for this website.

If you are having a FB admin issue, then the issue will arise with any plugin that must access the FB API. The previously provided steps should work, as well as double checking that your FB admin privileges are set.

In Facebook, make sure you are going through your personal FB account (NOT the FB Business account). In your personal FB account go to Settings & Privacy. From there, to Business Integrations. Then once clicked, the SlickRemix app should show.
This could be the issue. Again, going back to the prior steps. 1) Make sure you (personal FB) have admin privileges for the FB Business account. 2) In your WP dashboard, Log into Feed Them > Facebook Options through your personal FB account (Not the Business account). 3) Go through the prompts. 4) Once returned to WP, then proceed to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new FB feed shortcode for your chosen FB Business Page account.

I go into Personal Facebook adn there is nothing about integrations.

This is a personal account, there is the account we did have the feed working from, this is a page, and then there is the business account… whcih has all the apps in, with the exception of yours.

From your screenshot, on the right (where the "Activity Log" is highlighted) click Settings on the top. Then, on the left panel, about midway down, should show Business Integrations.
If SlickRemix is not there, that simply means that the FB personal account has not logged into the FTS FB token generator. If SlickRemix is there, click the checkbox and remove. Then, go back into your WP dashboard, to Feed Them > Facebook Options, login through your personal FB account and acquire a new FB access token.

No I cannot find 'Business Integrations'

Our apologies for not being able to resolve this issue. I'm sure you were able to find another solution.
However, while previously addressed, new issues have prompted another update. Our developers have just pushed an update to address Facebook's "New Page Experience" issue, which amongst other errors, would throw a #190 Error. Please update the Feed Them Social free plugin to version 2.9.7 and then try again to gain a FB access token. The update should resolve this issue.
